Joseph P. Lawrence, Jr. was admitted to California bar in 1974 and the Washington bar in 1990. He has also been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California and in the U.S. District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington. Mr. Lawrence graduated from Loyola of Los Angeles in 1971 with a B.A. and in 1974 he received his J.D. from Loyola, where he was Associate Editor, Loyola Law Review from 1973 to 1974. He is the author of “Bad Faith in the Excess – Primary Insurance Relationship,” Loyola Law Review, 1973. Mr. Lawrence practices in the areas of professional liability, product liability, and employment law. Mr. Lawrence has experience in the defense of a wide range from class action wage and hour claims to birth injury suits to the defense of a variety of professionals, including skilled nursing facilities, attorneys, and hospitals.

John C. Versnel, III was admitted to the Washington bar in 1988. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for Eastern and Western Districts of Washington as well as the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Versnel graduated from the University of Washington in 1983 with a B.A. and received his J.D. from Seattle University in 1987. He is the co-author of “Corporate Responsibility for Free Enterprise,” 17 University of Toledo Law Review 397 (1986). Mr. Versnel practices in the areas of professional liability, long term care, professional licensing, environmental law and employment law. He is a frequent speaker at risk management seminars and continuing education courses.

Tracy J Pearson was admitted to the Washington Bar in 2008 and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. Ms. Pearson graduated from Northern Arizona University in 1993 with a B.S. in Dental Hygiene. Thereafter, she practiced as a Registered Dental Hygienist for 15 years before entering the field of law. Ms. Pearson received her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law in 2008. She practices in the areas of professional liability, primarily representing health care professionals, and premises liability.
